The Integrated Health and Science Research Group (IHSRG) is a multidisciplinary research platform that brings together a wide range of disciplines, including medicine, basic sciences, health sciences, medical biology, internal medicine, radiation oncology, pulmonary medicine, pharmacy, pharmacognosy, pharmaceutical technology, mathematical physics, nuclear sciences, nuclear applications, and biotechnology. ESBAG operates with the mission of conducting innovative, advanced, and integrated research in the fields of health and science.
Our group aims to address complex scientific questions at the intersections of various disciplines by integrating accumulated knowledge and expertise from different fields. Through its broad scope of projects — ranging from health sciences to physical sciences, and from biotechnology to pharmaceutical technology — IHSRG seeks to support both public health and scientific advancement.
Within this framework, our research in medicine and biology focuses on critical areas such as understanding diseases at the molecular level and developing diagnostic and treatment methods. In the fields of internal medicine and related disciplines, our studies aim to offer new approaches for better management of chronic diseases and other prevalent health issues.
Research done in the areas of radiation oncology and pulmonary medicine, the group’s work contributes to the development of innovative radiotherapy techniques and more effective treatments for respiratory diseases. Research in pharmacy and pharmaceutical technology focuses on new drug discovery, drug formulation, and the evaluation of plant-derived active compounds — thereby advancing pharmaceutical sciences.
In addition to research activities, IHSRG supports the career development of young researchers and students through educational and academic development programs. Our members are involved in major scientific projects at national and international levels and contribute to the production of knowledge through academic publications.
The Integrated Health and Science Research Group (IHSRG) is committed to conducting innovative research, promoting interdisciplinary collaboration, and developing projects that provide societal benefit. Our group will continue working to expand the frontiers of science and improve public health.
